If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Noise Limited, 9/F, Amtel Building, 148 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

  • Service refer to the service offered by the engaged content creator.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Service from Us, on behalf of the engaged content creator.

  • Website refers to CREATORadar, accessible from https://creatoradar.com and its mobile application

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The dispute request were made within 3 calendar days from the delivery date, AND
  • The Service was delivered later than the agreed delivery date or The Service was delivered without completion of all sponsor areas with the provided materials.

The following Service cannot be refunded:

  • The Service doesn't meet the estimated views or reacitons
  • The Service meet all sponsor areas with the provided materials
  • The request were made after 3 calenar days from the delivery date

We reserve the right to refuse any request of refund in our sole discretion.

The refunded amount may be less than the paid amount due to the administrative charges and foreign currency exchange rate.

Only regular priced Service may be refunded. Unfortunately, Service on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
